Axiologitis was born from a terrible experience with a Greek civil engineer based in Athens Greece, a Mr Sotirios (Sotiris) Papanikolaou. In 50sqms of space, Papanikolaou unilaterally knocked down an external wall of the apartment block in contravention to the mutual covenants, sparking a legal row , causing financial loss and destroying already tense neighborly relations.
Reckless or negligent behavior by civil engineers and architects has cost many their dream of a speedy and tidy renovation of their property and turned many projects into a nightmare.
